I bought an extended warranty from my dealer, can you work with them?YES! We work with all extended warranties and service contracts. Claims are handled by our staff from start to finish and in many cases we can partially cover your deductible too!

What is your turnaround time for common services?Due to the wide range of services we offer, services can range from one hour to one week. It all depends of the scale of service and parts delivery time frame. Can I get an estimate over the phone or email?We have thousands of saved jobs for all of the most common repairs for most Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche models. This allows quick over the phone estimates for many requests. When researching aftermarket part pricing or looking for upgrades email is our preferred method for estimates as this allows for more streamlined communication with potential customers.

Do you provide loaner cars or shuttle services?We do provide our trusty Prius as a loaner car which is provided on a first come first serve basis. If a ride needs to be arranged to or from the shop, please reach out to our front dest manager for available options.

Can I wait for my car while it is being worked on?While we always encourage drop off appointments, we have a waiting room with free WiFi for all those quick services.

Do you sell tires and wheels?Yes, and our pricing cannot be beat! We have accounts with all the local tire warehouses and can beat or match tire pricing always. We offer Road Force testing for no additional charge with every wheel and tire we balance. You'll always get the best price along with the best balancing.

Can I bring my own parts?We do not allow outside supplied parts as we are unable to provide any sort of warranty when we are not providing all parts and labor. Email links to us anytime for price matching questions.
